About Me

After 17 years of coaching, one thing has become abundantly clear to me: people don’t need more noise, They need someone who truly listens and tailors a plan that fits their needs and where they are in life at that moment. A coach who provides real accountability so they know they have someone in their corner every step of the way. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people who felt like they’d tried everything, but with the right support, guidance, and accountability, they were able to lose weight, build strength, and develop sustainable habits that help them feel confident and comfortable in their own bodies, long term. Before I became a coach, I trained as a chef, which deepened my understanding of food and nutrition beyond just calories, macros, or “fuel,” but as something to enjoy and be excited about. Having lost 50lbs myself, I understand the importance of developing the right tools and habits to stay consistent and make lasting changes. That’s why I created Strong Foundations Coaching.  To offer a simpler, more supportive path to strength, nutrition, and weight management.
